  • Custom-made, tampered, or installed products are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
6. Warranty & Repairs
  • All smart and ultrasonic water meters are covered under a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty is void if:
    • The product is physically damaged
    • Installed incorrectly
    • Tampered with or used in non-recommended conditions
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and issue details.
7. User Responsibilities
  • Users agree not to misuse the site or its content for fraudulent or illegal activities.
